WITHDRAW FUNDS

To withdraw funds from your Investa trading account, simply download and print the withdrawal form from our download center, fill in the withdrawal form, print it, sign it and send to it to our accounts department using one of the following options:

Withrawal Information

* Investa Financial Planning Services s.a.l. does not charge any additional fees however intermediary parties such as banks, credit card companies may exact some service charges. Please account for these fees when making withdrawals of a small amount.
** Withdrawal forms received before 2pm (Beirut Local time) will be processed on the same day day. Any forms eceived after this time may not be processed until the following day.
*** Inactivity: In case there were no transactions (buy or sell) on the account.

PLEASE NOTE

• Withdrawal funds can only be returned to a bank account in the same name (or joint) as your Investa account due to third party transaction regulations.
• If you wish to close your account, you have to first close all open positions.
• If you wish to withdraw funds partially, it is not necessary to close open positions, but Investa financial Planning Services s.a.l. is not responsible for any loss which may occur as a result of the reduced equity on your account. You should monitor your margin requirements carefully to minimize risk.
